This deteriorating condition typically manifests with progressive paresthesia in the limbs, often accompanied by loss of coordination. In this case report, we present a subject with primary amyloid myelopathy who presented displaying an unusual clinical scenario.

The patient's initial symptoms included marked proximal muscle weakness, along accompanied by frequency and urgency of urination. Cerebrospinal fluid analysis revealed elevated protein levels consistent with amyloid deposits. Brain imaging demonstrated characteristic lesions in the spinal cord consistent with primary amyloid myelopathy.

The management focused on supportive care, including physical therapy and medications to manage symptoms. Nevertheless treatment, the patient's condition deteriorated significantly. This case highlights the importance of considering primary amyloid myelopathy in the differential diagnosis of patients presenting with progressive neurological symptoms, particularly those with unilateral weakness.

An Uncommon Presentation of Crohn's Disease: A Case Report

We report a rare case of Crohn's disease in a 42-year-old male presenting with novel symptoms. The patient initially presented manifestations of fatigue, which were mistaken for a common gastrointestinalcondition. Further investigation revealed crohn's disease. The patient was treated with conventional treatment for Crohn's disease, including steroids. The response to treatment was positive.

This case highlights the significance of a thorough clinical evaluation in patients with suspected Crohn's disease, as its symptoms can be varied.

Clinical Presentation

A male/female patient presented to the clinic with a chief complaint/history of symptoms/presenting concern of progressive shortness of breath, cough/dyspnea/respiratory distress. The patient reported a gradual/sudden/insidious onset of symptoms/complaints/manifestations, worsening over the past few months/year/decade. On physical examination, auscultation/palpation/inspection revealed decreased breath sounds in the lower/upper/bilateral lung fields.

Further/Additional/Supplementary investigations included a chest X-ray which demonstrated diffuse/patchy/interstitial opacities consistent with pulmonary fibrosis. A high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) scan of the chest confirmed the diagnosis, revealing honeycombing/fibrotic bands/reticular opacities.

The patient underwent further tests/evaluation/assessments to rule out other potential causes/contributing factors/underlying conditions of pulmonary fibrosis.
